Community Rules

All members of Mushroom Allies are expected to uphold a professional, supportive, and research-focused environment. Participation in our private channels, discussion boards, and live cohorts is governed by the following core standards:

  • Respectful Engagement: Treat fellow cultivators, mycologists, and staff with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory remarks will not be tolerated.
  • Intellectual Property: Course materials, proprietary cultivation protocols, and exclusive video recordings are for individual member use only and may not be redistributed.
  • No Unsolicited Commercial Solicitation: Direct pitching, unverified spore trading, and spam links within community discussion channels are strictly prohibited.
  • Safety and Compliance: Discussions must adhere to applicable regional legal standards regarding cultivation equipment, biology research, and laboratory safety protocols.

Membership & Access

Access to the community platform, live Q&A sessions, and proprietary guides is granted on a per-seat, active membership basis. Mushroom Allies reserves the right to suspend or revoke access immediately, without prior written notice or reimbursement, if a member engages in material breach of the Community Rules, compromises network security, or violates intellectual property protections.

IMPORTANT : REFUND POLICY

All sales are subject to a strict 12-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the exact moment of initial enrollment. Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable digital nature of the educational materials, access protocols, and community assets, refund requests submitted after the 12-day window expires cannot be honored under any circumstances.

If physical merchandise like T-Shirts or Stickers arrive damaged or wrong size, we will ask you to ship the product back for a replacement or refund.

FREE COMMUNITY OFFER

The Mushroom Allies Free Community and All-in-One Grow Bag Course are provided at no cost. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges associated with the free offer.

VIP COMMUNITY SUBSCRIPTION

VIP Community access is a paid subscription costing $10 per month. By selecting the VIP offer and agreeing to these terms, you authorize Mushroom Ally to charge your selected payment method $10 monthly until you cancel.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY

All VIP subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun, except during an applicable trial period. If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged for the subscription. Refunds for charges made during a trial period may be requested.

Cancellations stop future recurring charges but do not automatically refund previous payments.

By proceeding with the VIP subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize recurring monthly billing of $10.
